Khan Academy won't let me post: it says I have posted too many of the same type

I cannot post any questions, comments, or Tips & Thanks. A message in red font pops up, saying that I have posted too many pots of the same type in a short period of time. It has stayed this way for a little less than an hour, and I would like to know when the system's ban on my discussions will be lifted. I am not a spam, and I don't think I did anything wrong. What can I do to fix this issue?
