UK equivalent levels

I have been using Khan to re-visit my maths, and my children (13,15,17) are using to improve school grades, but we are really struggling to work out which courses give the right material coverage.

(A lot of calculus BC seems below the A level I did)

Is there any way to get a "mapping" which relates to non USA students?
