Geometry Math Problem Bug

Hello everyone,

I was just going through the first quiz on Congruence, the 3rd unit in khan academy geometry, and on the first problem I found a potential error in the solution. After finding the issue, I copied the math into chatGPT and after a little dialogue it came to agree with my argument.

What do you guys think of this math question? At the very least I think the correct answer is somewhat ambiguous.
