Traditional vs. Integrated Math

I am trying to get the best math education I can from Khan Academy and am starting to plan for high school-level courses. Should I pick only the classic Algebra 1/Geometry/Algebra 2 track, only the Integrated Math 1/2/3 track, or should I do both?
