Winston looks awesome and stuff, but how do I unlock him? I know it says make a spinoff of a scratch pad, but what is that????

@Zoe(Agent Pearl is in!), well it could be an error for beginners to not unlock Winston that way so maybe they should try what you said again

to get winston, you have to make changes to an official program, i prefer whats for dinner as you can just add a single thing and get winston

jackson that's what I did and I cannot get Winston I think they changed it now
