Chemistry as a mission?

Hello Lauren, my name is Lisa Krueger and I am a Khan Academy Ambassador teaching in Chicago. Your question regarding assigning other subject materials as missions is a common one and the Khan Academy staff are aware of this suggestion/request. In the mean time I used a fairly simple work around. The curriculum for most of the subjects included video lessons and quizzes. If you look at the content you'll notice a star by some of the topics - these are the quizzes. I've included a screen shot of The parts of speech - The noun content. I created a document that students used to self monitor their progress through a subject (which I attached here to give you an idea). a student came across a question they didn't understand or got wrong they took a screen shot and sent it to me for review.
