I am commenting on my previous post in the tips and thanks section, however, when I reload or go to check that it is working from a different browser I am unable to see the comment. I have tried reloading and logging out and back in but this keeps happening.

I can't post questions or anything in the tips and thanks. Only comments. The text box only appears in videos but just not programs. How can I fix it?
