Is there a Help Request limit?

We do have a rate limit in place for Help Requests to prevent users from making spam requests. It is strictly a time-based limit, so whether or not the help request has been answered is not taken into consideration. Your post limit resets every 24 hours, so you may need to wait a while before making additional help requests.

Are you running into this issue frequently? We set the limit so that the majority of users would not experience any disruptions, but if yourself and others are persistently having this issue I can look into increasing it. If that's the case, could you please provide a link to your profile?

Same with me, It just did that and even by making a tip it just says that!

i know this is an old thread, but im encountering this message, i haven't sent any help requests in the last couple months, but i have been chatting in the T&T of some other programs, it refuses to let me post a help request on my program in the last two days, is there anything i can do to fix this or do i just have to wait it out??

I also ran into this message. My confusion is because I have never sent a help request. I would like to know how long I have to wait to send it.
