When I look at my student progress their minutes worked is not showing up.

The same thing is happening to me for a handful of students. I checked their profile to make sure I was showing up as their coach and saw them actively engaged doing problems. Nothing is registering on my student progress screen, which is a problem because they get a grade for it.

Hello Jane & Jeff! My name is Lisa Krueger and I am a Khan Academy Ambassador teaching in Chicago. I had this issue last year and it turned out that students were not working within the assigned mission, they were just randomly working on topics they'd picked. So when I viewed my class reports they came up as zeros. If this isn't the case and you checked to make sure they are logged into the account you have registered in you class then there may be an issue with either their account or yours. I would Submit a request ticket to the Khan Academy developers in that case. Please let me know if you have any further questions, comments, or suggestions. Thank you for posting.
