They have added an "Evaluator" badge. But it doesn't keep track of the each evaluation that is done. Only one badge, and only awarded for the first evaluation that is done. Many computer projects are stacking up (not being evaluated) because there is no incentive to do the evaluations.

No, I believe you will have to wait a bit to get the badge. If you don't get it in over a few days, create a support ticket.
