I have been trying to get at an admin user for a long time. In Computer Science, a program called Winston virus needs to be taken down

You did well flagging it. Normally the Guardians handle these cases. If there is a serious issue you may also send a Help request, to see who gets at it first. Most Guides are not Guardians, though, and the Guides have their own tasks. If the problem has not been taken care of by now, do send a Help request.
