QR Code Reading Resource with Student Responses
I'm a public school teacher in Jacareí, SP, Brazil, I use Khan Academy in my classes and sometimes I can't continue the skills I work on, as we don't always have equipment such as computers, tablets and notebooks, or even quality Internet available.
I know this is a common problem in many public schools, but I have a suggestion to help resolve it.
In addition to Khan Academy, I have also used the Plickers platform, which has cards with QR Codes that can be printed, used for students to present their answers and read them on a cell phone. Thus, using just a computer and television, you can broadcast the exercise and read the students' answers using your cell phone.
Furthermore, as the answers and results automatically appear on television, students are very excited about the competition.
It would be great to be able to combine Khan Academy content with QR Code card reading technology with Plickers answers to increase accessibility in schools that don't have as many technological resources.
I hope you can consider my suggestion, so that Khan Academy will soon be used even in places where accessibility is reduced.
