Watching Video Error

I watched an assigned video, but it states it wasn't watched but when I enter the video and see the next assignments on my left it said I did watch the video but when I exit it it states I didn't watch it, please tell me what may be going on. Thank You!

If the videos are still not being shown as completed after following the instructions in the article, please submit a support ticket with screenshots showing the issue.
