"Try Again" with option to still earn full credit

I would love to see an option for a child to get full credit with the option for 1 or 2 successful attempts to "Try Again". Currently they can try again, but will never achieve full credit if even one question is missed on the first try.

My kids have learned if they get 100% on the section quizzes they only have to take the mastery quiz once. This has led to huge break downs when they miss one question because they either have to take the entire quiz over with the "start over" option or plan on taking the mastery quiz multiple times to finish a section. I do really appreciate the "start over" option because having to finish a quiz with no credit was the worst, but feel like a "try again" with allowance for 1 or 2 retries to achieve full credit would build more resilience and improve mindset over "get them all right or do it over" approach currently being used.  

I am concerned with how anxious my kids are becoming about making a single mistake. They are avoiding working with this platform.
