We homeschool. My daughter has an account she has used for year. This year she tried out regular school so hasn't used her account in months and her tablet has somehow logged out of it. I am both teacher and her mother and the dashboard wouldn't let me be both so She is not a child account under me but she is a student in my classrooms. I can log into my class and see that her account still exists but the email that I thought I had attached to her account isn't working. I've tried every single email that we have and none of them log her in. We can't figure out what email is attached to her account and can't find any way to solve this problem. We tried to search for help but the help and contact area doesn't seem to have anything to help us locate her account and I can't seem to find any way to actually contact Khan Academy so I can't get an actual response to our problem. Someone pls help. I really just need to be able to contact a live person instead of an algorithm so they can help me locate the email attached to the account. We know the password. She's worked really hard on her account and I'd absolutely hate for her to start all over with a new one just because of emial confusion and a lack of customer help.
