Best Chemistry Course College

Hello! A few years ago I took General Chemistry 1 and 2 at a State University, I got an A and a B-, respectively. COVID sort of ruined my college career but I am getting ready to go back this fall and will be starting with Organic Chemistry 1 since I have already completed the pre-requisites. I am worried with a 3 year gap between my studies that Organic Chemistry will be a lot more difficult. I was wondering which course would be best for me to do to prepare myself because I noticed there is just a regular chemistry library and then an AP/College one, that look to be a little different.
