Scroll bar to the right of the program window?

For some reason, a scroll bar, like the one you see on the right side of your screen right now, takes up the fifteen rightmost pixels of the program window. It not only gets in the way of viewing the program, but it also messes with the mouse position in programs that interact with the mouse. Anyone know why this happens? I'm using Microsoft Edge, if that has anything to do with it.

For the Wogglebug, the scrollbar appears to come and go, depending on his IP address. There are a number of reasons why, but the Wogglebug is of the opinion that some users are given slightly different versions of Khan Academy, as a way to test new features.

Regardless, the scrollbars can be removed. For HTML projects, use code to this effect:
```
parent.$("body").css("overflow", "auto");
```
For PJS, use this:
```
(function () { this.$("body").css("overflow", "hidden"); }) ();
```
