Addition of the Root Test for Calculus 102.

I'm currently going through Calculus 102 and I've noticed that a commonly used test is missing, The Root Test.

 Googling the Root Test for khan academy yields one post from 7 years ago requesting it, so I thought I might as well make a new one.
