Khan keeps switching to Spanish
Title says it all. One of my students accounts keep switching to Spanish. When we look at her settings, it says english, but it says it in Spanish! Has anyone else experienced this, and how do I fix it?
I have exactly the same problem. My account (student) displays the content in French... and even if the language in my profile is English, all the content stays in French only. Which is unfortunate because there are a lot more courses in English than in French... but I have no way to access them (I can see all the courses in English BEFORE I am logged-in, but not AFTER I am logged-in).
I've never heard of this glitch, but I'd recommend submitting a support ticket if you haven't already to get the KA team to take a look at it.
I have the same problem but I always switch to another language save, and then switch to English and save. This solves this but it's still annoying.
