Forgotten passwords

My children are homeschooled and they forgot their passwords plus our computer was hacked. How do we change the password.
Also, important, I do not allow my children to have email accounts.

Hi Janice,

If you are linked to their accounts as a parent, you can change their passwords from the Parent Dashboard.

If that doesn't work, please submit a support ticket and we can help you recover access to the accounts!
