Announce the rules

  I really like Khan Academy but I noticed there are some rules for the chats that you cannot see unless you click community questions on the bottom of a course. I noticed that everybody has been breaking the rules and nobody was flagging them. I would like to see a update that makes the rules pop up when you first sign up for Khan Academy. I would also like to see a update that lets you use the chats before you reach 5,000 energy points because in the website it doesn't work until you reach 100,000 energy points and people might forget the rules by then. Please let us know when this update comes out.
