Checking Student Progress on Practice Problems in Eureka Missions

Hello,

I want to give my students credit for problems that appear on the Eureka Practice List. Some of these do not appear in the Eureka Mission, and are often problems that show immediate mastery (turn dark blue after 4-5 correct answers), instead of leveled mastery.

These problems are encouraging to my students, but are invisible to me in coach reports.

How can I see progress and on these problems in order to give students credit?

Hello Sandra! My name is Lisa Krueger and I am a Khan Academy Ambassador teaching in Chicago. A similar issue occurred in some of the grade level missions earlier this year. I reached out to the Khan Academy developers and they stated that the discrepancies are because new content is added to the Practice Lists but not to the missions because the developers did not want to interfere with student progress on a mission. Due to the fact they are not mission based questions I do not know of a way for you to see student progress. I would recommend having students take screen shots of their progress or use a tracking sheet for those problems the students are working from the Practice List. Hopefully this helps.
