Make subscriber lists allowed.

I understand having a subscriber list is considered vote-soliciting, but can they make it not against the guidelines for people to say "I subbed." The only reason I want this is so I can know whether or not I have subscribers (I heard the AI hides anything less than 3 chars so I wouldn't know when someone puts a "."in the Tip). If I don't have any subbers, I don't want to be using my time and updating my page.

Perhaps they could make it legal to just have your Tip (saying "I subbed") up for say 10 minutes before deleting it.
