Study Group

Create one at your school or somewhere face to face. Doing it here won't work because we are all on different levels.

Unless you find people who are on your level. However, there is no point in study groups since we have the internet.

Being on Khan Academy is already a type of study group. Just you and Khan :) But Google is also your friend :)

(Of course, this is all my opinion Don't really have to go off of what I say.)

However, the post below points out a few cool things as well.

You could do a CS project study group as my project for example

As members from Khan Academy and having a group offline is against guidelines also 

1. Our guardians can't protect you from off topic conversations

2. Please remember the difference between Real Life Friends (at school, community) and Internet connections (which are strangers ) we have adults and youth as we are to stay only within Zendesk or Khan Academy website as the guardians can't help intervene should something make you feel uncomfortable.

Also the Study Group Topic is a place to connect with other learners you could create a study group here.

As for tutoring have you look online at volunteer organizations in your area? if your unsure where to start you can always use the we day app as they have events in the USA and have a website that can help you develop volunteer tutoring idea's with also we school resources.

Next if you continue to help on Khan Academy and become very active within our community there is a volunteer role called (Support Advocate) we often reach out and help answer others questions on Khan Academy and Zendesk.

Your Idea is definitely a good one :) and we have so many Khan Academy students who need their questions answered when you answer in Khan Academy under the Questions tab or if you help in this study group you make a big difference for others who need help with their questions as remember we are here to provide guidance and let them come to their own conclusion to the answer to their homework questions :).
