App--Need Help

Hi,

My Students claim that they have difficulties in using the App on their phone. When they press the icon and try to get into the home page, it will automatically go back to the phone home screen.

Same issue happens even after they update the App.

There is a new app version update 4.6.2 just released a few hours ago that should address the crash issues
