Update: Share Khan Academy content to your class using Google Classroom!

Teachers, coaches and students now have an easy way to share and post videos and articles from Khan Academy onto Google Classroom. We’re hoping this will provide a quick way to integrate different technology in classroom seamlessly.

Note: This requires a free Google Classroom account.

To share, find the “Share to Google Classroom” button – currently available for all video and articles on Khan Academy. Clicking on this button will prompt you to log-in using your Google Classroom/Google Apps for Education account. After signing in, you will find the the “share screen”:

Teachers can “create assignment”, “ask question” or “Make an announcement” on Google Classroom. Students are able to post to an existing assignment made by a teacher on Google Classroom. Please note that assignments, questions and announcements will all be shared on Google Classroom.

Before posting, teachers and students can customize a message, provide a due date, or add a topic header for Google Classroom.

Khan Academy content is now shared to Google Classroom!

This is a good idea. I have used it to share videos and text lessons as announcements. It would also be valuable to add the ability for a teacher to share an exercise through Google Classroom right from the exercise page. Thanks.

if i don't have a classroom and i want to join one. what can i do to join a classroom??

I would love to be able to use the exercises already created by KhanAcademy directly in my Google Classroom so we don't all recreate the wheel.

Is there a way to do that?

If not, is that in the works?

I want second Jeff C: it would be great to be able to share exercises directly to Google Classroom. I do use the share function for videos and articles, but not nearly as much as I would use it for exercises. It would be like, wow, if you all could do that.

Im setting up a homeschool. having some trouble with the connection between Khan and Google Classroom. I can assign portions of the curriculum in Khan, but they do not show up in Classroom. Am I doing something wrong?

Yes PLEASE add the option to share exercises directly to Google Classroom!!!!! Will there be a way to do that soon?

What would be nice is if I assign practice problems that Khan academy can push the score back to google classroom along with marking the assignment done.
