How do you entered ordered pairs to get credit?

My colleague and I are trying to figure out how Kahn Academy wants ordered pairs entered for credit,  For example if the point is on (1, 2) we have tried the following combinations and none of them ever allow the student to get credit:

(1, 2) 

1,2

1, 2

(1,2)

( 1 , 2 )
