Avatars are not unlocking

The avatar I would like to change my profile to still has a lock on it despite having the amount of points required to unlock it. Is there something else I need to do to get them?

Hi,

Go to your profile page and then click on the button that says "check for new badges and avatars".

If this doesn't work, then please submit a support ticket.
