How can we help?

My students joined my class, but they can't see it or any of my assignments. How do I help them?

If your student has successfully joined a class but they don't see it appear on their Learner Home page, it might be because you haven't made any assignments in the class yet.

Classes won't appear for students until there's an assignment or mastery goal in the class for them to complete.

As of March 2021, all active assignments in your class will be auto-assigned to new students. 

If new students have not received active assignments, check for the following:

  • Ensure that the student has joined the correct class.
  • Make sure that the student is using the correct email address to login to their Khan Academy account.
  • Check to see if the due date for the assignments has passed. Only active assignments will be auto-assigned to new students.
