How can we help?

LSAT Prep Moving from Khan Academy to LSAC’s LawHub After June 30, 2024

Updated

Since 2018, Khan Academy and LSAC have partnered to provide free LSAT prep through Khan Academy’s Official LSAT Prep to hundreds of thousands of test takers from all backgrounds. In February 2020, LSAC began providing free and low-cost test preparation resources through LawHub. With the continued growth and development of LSAC’s LawHub, we believe students will be best served by having one centralized place to go to prepare for the LSAT, which after June 30, 2024 will be LawHub.

This change in LSAT prep also corresponds with a change in the LSAT. If you are preparing to take the current version of the LSAT, which will be administered through June 2024, please continue to use Khan Academy’s Official LSAT Prep to prepare for this version of the test. If you are planning to take the new version of the LSAT, which will be administered after June 30, 2024, please use LawHub to prepare for the new version of the LSAT.

Important: We recommend downloading, printing, or screenshotting any data from Khan Academy’s Official LSAT Prep that you wish to retain, as this data will no longer be accessible after June 30, 2024.

Q: What changes are coming to the LSAT?

A: The format of the LSAT will be changing starting with the August 2024 test. LSAC will provide test prep materials on LawHub that mirror the revised August 2024 test format. Starting August 2024, the test will consist of two scored Logical Reasoning sections, one scored Reading Comprehension section, plus one unscored section of either Logical Reasoning or Reading Comprehension. The Analytical Reasoning Section, commonly known as “logic games,” will be removed from the test. For more information on how the LSAT is changing, please see this LSAC blog post entitled “What to Expect Starting With the August 2024 LSAT.”
