How can we help?

How do I find my browser version?

Updated

Sometimes we need information about your browser (including your browser's version) to determine the cause of a problem you've reported. If you sent your request from the same device and the same browser you were using when you experienced the problem, your browser's information automatically followed your e-mail, so you won't need to look it up for us.

However, if you're reporting the issue from a different device than the one you were using when you encountered the problem, you'll need to include information about:

  • What device you were using when the problem occurred, and
  • What browser and browser version you were using when the problem occurred.

To find your browser's version, follow the steps below for your specific browser type:

Google Chrome

  1. Click the button with three vertical dots in the upper right corner of your browser.
  2. Click Help.
  3. Click About Chrome.
