There are three reasons why a student may not receive an email to join your class:
- The student has an existing Khan Academy account. In this case, the student will receive a notification which they can see by clicking their notifications in the upper right corner of their main menu. They can then choose to accept your invitation.
- The email was delivered and went into their Spam folder. Have your students check their Spam folder to see if the invitation is there.
- The student is using an email with a restricted email policy. Many schools restrict email for students and are unable to receive emails from domains that haven't been previously approved.
If none of these solve the problem, your students can create their own accounts and then add you as a coach.
