How can we help?

What should I do if YouTube is blocked for my district?

Updated

In order for all Khan Academy material to be available to your students, please whitelist (or ask your District IT Administrator to whitelist) the following URLs:

You'll also need to make sure that iframe access ("content from another origin") is enabled for any browsers being used on the devices that your students are using.

Also, I encourage you to visit Khan Academy Access Check— our check site! This page does a quick and automatic review of common network issues that might be keeping you or your students from accessing the full Khan Academy experience. It checks browser compatibilitycookiesiframe access, both the YouTube and Khan Academy video players, and can pinpoint any issues with these. It also really helps our Support team troubleshoot and investigate cases further!

Note: Another option is for your students to use Kolibri, which is an offline version of Khan Academy.
