When defining "Due Date" the site cuts me off and interprets the time midway...

Sometimes i want to assing some homework in a specific order. For that, i usually set the time spaced in 5 minute intervals or less.

Recently the text box where i edit the time changed behaviour and now almost forces me to choose amongst the selectable times.  When i finally can start editing the time, it looses focus on the text box and autocompletes the time, messing up with what i wanted.

Example.

I want this work to be due by 11:05 PM ... after clicking the due date box, it opens up a select with several 15m intervals... i have to click again the box to put the cursor inside the box allowing me to write the time. But when i get to 11:05, it changes the time automatically to 11:05 AM... ... ok... i can start by writing 23:05 instead and it will change it automatically to 11:05 PM but the fact that the box is "watching" what i'm doing while i'm doing and interfering, makes things way more difficult to define.

Previously (last schoolyear at least) it worked like a charm...
