Class Code doesn't work in app.

Sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your class codes! 

One thing to note is that Khan Academy and Khan Academy Kids are two separate platforms. If you are trying to add their Khan Academy Kids accounts to your Khan Academy class, it will not work. This article explains how to find your class code and have your students access it.

If you are still having trouble with the class codes not working, please submit a support ticket. This will allow a member of the support team to investigate what is going on. When filling out a ticket, please attach screenshots of the issue if possible and describe the steps you took.
