Quantitative Risk Analysis: High School Statistics or Statistics and Probability?

I work in security risk management and would like to be more well versed in Monte Carlo analysis, loss distribution curve graphs, probability, three-variable models, histograms, triangular and binary distributions, etc.

Is High School Statistics or Statistics and Probability more appropriate to learn those concepts?
