Is anyone out there using Khan Academy for Human Anatomy and Physiology?

I used KA a little in the past, but it’s meant to be a single unit in biology, not a whole unit. They had a medicine course, but it’s been retired, so I can’t guarantee any content or how long it will be useable. https://www.khanacademy.org/science/health-and-medicine
