Request: In-Article Notes/Highlighting

Hi all,

I’d love to have a feature that allowed us to annotate Khan Academy articles directly, such as highlighting certain text and/or write our own notes within a course's articles. For example, similar to some PDF readers, I'd like to be able to highlight a text and associate with it a note that I make for myself. 

A related extension could be letting users send a highlighted passage as context to Khanmigo for clarification or elaboration. (If this already exists, I haven’t encountered it.)

Edit: A similar request was made here, and I think they'd go well together, and perhaps even allow a student's notes to be used as added context to Khanmigo too.
