Site Navigation Menu is horrendous

Please restore the site's navigation menu. It's become cluttered since the last update, with all the math courses now appearing in the bottom left corner. The current arrangement is confusing, as many humanities courses have been moved up and science & math courses have been put all the way down.

Could you provide an option to either configure the menu ourselves or highlight the math and science courses back to their previous, more prominent positions?

Would be very nice to have the option to hide "Economics", "Reading & Language Arts", "Life Skills", "Partner Courses", "Math Pre-K - 8th grade", "Social Studies", "Computing" course lists from the navigation menu..
