When coders on KACP make a subscription page, people can sub by commenting anything less than 3 characters in the subscription thread without spamming other subscribers because posts less than 3 characters long are hidden. Recently though, I noticed that this doesn't always work. Sometimes even after reloading a subpage mine and other's comments are still there. Why does this happen and is there anything we can do to fix that?

I know there are other more recent ones because I remember getting notified that someone posted a '.' on a subpage but I can't remember where. I'll let you know if I find them.
It looks like those posts were from a couple years ago, so I'm thinking they just got accidentally unhidden somehow. The thread should be fixed now though!
If you find anymore, you can either flag the comments or post a link to the thread here if there's a lot of them.
As far as being notified by the dot posts goes, I'm thinking that they might be making longer posts that are visible initially, and then editing their post so it's just a single period. If you notice that happening, please flag so we can hide them.

Does this violate guidelines? Based on the guidelines about sound which say ": Programs should only create sounds using the `playSound/getSound` functions, with the sounds listed in the soundpicker.", I would think this is disallowed...
Using the Web Audio API to create custom sounds in the webpage environment is okay, as long as you use it in accordance with the rest of the sound guidelines and you do not reproduce any copyrighted sounds/music. Using it in the PJS environment will cause the program to be hidden from the Hot List, since it requires some "hacky" code to access (we hide PJS programs that use GoogleFonts for the same reason), which we don't want to become widespread.
Hey Evan! Again, I have a question. I have a few ideas for webpages, but I'm not sure if they're allowed...
1. A stock trader that uses API gathering data from comments to create a login system. Then, you could sell stock to other people on KA by posting data into the comments. When it loads for everybody else, they will see it up for sale. Then, a person can post more data into the comments to buy it from them. When the seller logs in, it will create a notification for them that they sold their stock. I am not going to use anything but API gathering data from the comments.
2. A multiplayer(ish) game of connect four. Players will set up a game with another person on KA, take their turn, then post the data into the API. The other player reloads the page, and takes their turn, and then posts the data into the same thread.
Also, is it allowed to auto-comment things from programs? LIke for example, have my connect four comment the data for you rather than manually doing it yourself? I know that twitch.ka created multiple spin-offs of the same project, so can you create comments, too?
Please tell me if these would be allowed, and if they would be hidden from the hot list or result in me getting banned....
