I am unable to add a new student to my existing classroom. We are synced with Clever and when he clicks on the Khan icon from Clever it says he is not synced with an account. Khan is not allowing me to add him any other way. What can I do about this?

I would recommend submitting a support ticket for this issue: https://support.khanacademy.org/hc/en-us/requests/new. This will allow the support team to look into the issue and help resolve it.
