"Concerning your question about resetting the practice exams, unfortunately, it's not possible to delete progress on Khan Academy. This is actually intended behavior in order to avoid scenarios in which users could lose actual progress due to misuse or malfunction of any kind.
Now, about your issue with the error message that comes up on your LSAT practice exams, I have ticketed internally and our development team has it on their list of issues to triage."

I read a post that suggested resetting the practice exams but I was unable to do so. I opted to create a new account under a different e-mail address as there doesn't seem to be a current solution.

I think we're the only ones having this conversation and there doesn't seem to be direct contact info for Khan. I'm about to delete my account and then create a new one (maybe using a different email? We'll see!). That's the only thing I can think of and this forum is too slow :-( trying to start studying again ASAP. Once it's deleted (takes one day) I'll come back and let you guys know what happened! **fingers crossed**

To my knowledge, there isn't a way to reset practice tests after you have finished each section and submitted it. This also appears to be the case for the LSAT prep as a whole. I've seen some requests about improving the LSAT system in these ways, so I'm sure the team is aware of the requests (I've escalated a few posts about this myself).
I'll escalate this thread and have it looked into. I'll also look into this myself and see if I can get an answer for you all on the status of the request for reset features.

Hello! My goal is to essentially start the test prep over, as I moved my LSAT test date and want to begin a prep course without interruptions (the kind I had before that disrupted my intended use). How do I 'start from scratch', essentially, with the LSAT test prep course in Khan? Martha - you deleted your account, and then created a new one, and it treated you as if you'd never started the test prep? Thanks! - Mark
