Assign an assignment to specific student in a class

I have the same question.  I would like to assign a retake of a quiz to a specific student in one of my classes.  Don't know how to do this.

I need this too.

Need to assign a particular student addition skill work, not the whole class. How can I assign lessons to one student?

Did anyone figure out how to do this? I really need to assign different lessons to different kids in the same class.

How come no one is getting the answer to this question? I have the same need as soon as possible.

10 months since the last comment/question for this situation - and still no information? The whole point is to differentiate. I do not want to just assign then tell certain students "oh, no, you are fine with this - only so-and-so need to worry about this assignment."

Once you click the Assign button, you can click inside the Students dropdown in the popup modal to assign the content to specific students only. If you're only assigning to a few students, I suggest clicking the "Select no students" option first, and then select the students that need to receive the assignment.
