Struggling students

I want my students to be able to add skills they are struggling in to a queue for practice. Currently, you can add skills to the queue by clicking on the skills' squares in the Mission Progress view however the squares don't give any indication which are the struggling skills. None of them turn red to indicate which are struggling. Why not? It will show struggling skills in the Profile>Progress>Skills view but not in the Mission Progress view.

In the Coach Dashboard>Progress>Progress by skill view, there is a checkbox to sort by "Struggling" students. Then there is a button to "Assign to students that need practice" however this option doesn't include the students who are struggling. I would like to somehow either add a second option for "Assign to students who are Struggling" and/or "Assign to students who are struggling or need practice", or maybe a checkbox that will toggle the inclusion of students who are struggling.
