If we divides 10 by 2 it gives 5.Since 2+2+2+2+2 ( 5 sets of 2) adds up to 10.
Then, if we divides 1/0 i.e 0+0+0+0+0+0+0+................ will not equals 1 to any extent.
Then how can 1/0 will be infinity? 1/0 can be said as NO SOLUTION instead of infinity. Since there is a difference between infinity and no solution.
The (*) sign means of:
Five * five = Twenty-five.
Five of Five means Twenty-five as well, since that is five of the number five.
Division works the same way in that it creates a group of something based on what the original amount is and how many groups are being made.
Twenty-five / five = five.
Twenty-five in five groups = five in a group.
Now imagine you put one cookie into one group. You would have one untouched cookie. Two cookies in four groups, now you have half of a cookie in each of four groups, even though the total amount of cookie stays the same.
Now imagine having zero of one cookie. This is 1 * 0. You would have no cookie.
Try one cookie in zero groups. This cannot happen because the total amount of cookie is less then the original amount. Your one cookie would simply not exist anymore. That is why 1/0 is undefined, because you cannot make an amount of cookie that would be leftover, or in this case, the number one.
One can happen in two groups, that would be one-half in each group. One cannot happen in zero groups, and nothing else can either, not even zero for that matter. Nothing, not even nothing (0), can be out into not a group, or zero groups. That ungroup is by definition, undefinable.
