Not getting Cypress

Hi,

Go to your profile page and then click on the button that says "check for new badges and avatars".

There is a chance that you do not actually have one year yet -- I believe that KA rounds 9+ months to one year. (So you may not be eligible for it yet).

If you are very certain, then please submit a support ticket. Then someone with access to your account creation date to the second can evaluate the issue better for you.
