Telling The Time

Hello My daughter is learning to tell the time and her school is focusing on identifying a quarter to and quarter past. She is also getting confused with recognising that 9:45 and the written version a quarter to 10 are the same thing. She will write 10:45. I couldn't find any videos or practice questions focusing on a quarter to and quarte past only. COuld you please direct to them if there are any. And advise me the best way to clarify her confusion.
