True that. But it would also be a challenge since there may be challenging words to understand. For example, "The Great Gatsby" has words that are used for their pronunciation/surface level appearance and not it's literal definition. Also, the classics would need a LOT of thorough in depth explanations of the context, symbols, motifs, etc for a better understanding of the book(s).

I really like your ideas though many others have posted asking for the same content when using Zendesk could you search to see if someone has already shared this idea vote it up and post your ideas in there posting for example.

The higher the voter count the more likely the Khan Academy Support Team will read about the content suggestions unfortunately with so many postings ideas often get lost in the Zendesk community.

I also love the idea about famous writers while Khan Academy offers some content having being a writer myself looking at Writers who were famous through history would be a great way to learn I can remember allot of great books Cat in the Hat,Little House on the prairie, Little Women, Alice in Wonderland etc. it would be a great perspective on the classics and famous authors worldwide through history.
