Powers & Exponent Laws

I'm looking for a video or practice dealing specifically with simplifying powers and exponent laws. I recently butchered a test (and then the re-test)! I really need help because my teacher is useless (he is an English major, the regular math teachers couldn't teach during my math block this semester). If there are any practices or videos on this topic, can you tell me their names?
