What a great question I can say  as a student khanacademy.org physics section was designed for everyone while it does have some for the engineering field.

Khanacademy.org can be in fact used with other learning resources as well while some students or teachers use this platform as a main tool others combine it with homework, and other learning resources this is all up to you and what you feel is best.

Part of being at khanacademy.org student they want you to take your own self learning aproach this means you can use the tools,videos etc. that works for you and helps you in the area of physics.
